Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. Customers post from their own Google account, about their real experience, and can edit every word. Every customer can reach your Google page whatever their rating, so there's no 'review gating'. Just don't offer discounts in exchange for reviews; Google doesn't allow that.
Does the customer need to install an app?
No. They scan the QR with their phone camera and a web page opens. It works on every Android phone and iPhone.
What happens when someone is unhappy?
Customers who give a low rating first see a private form to tell you what went wrong. You get it in your dashboard with their number (if they share it) so you can call and fix it. They can still choose to post on Google.
Which languages are supported?
English, Hindi, Hinglish, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Punjabi and Malayalam. You choose which ones your customers see.
How do I get the QR standee?
