Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CreaNext Grow (the "Service"), operated by CreaNext, Gurugram, Haryana, India - 122001 ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Service

CreaNext Grow gives businesses a QR code and web page where their customers can rate them, get help writing a review with AI, and share private feedback. We do not post reviews on anyone's behalf. Each customer decides whether to post, edits the text and posts it from their own Google account.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must have the right to represent each business you add.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow Google's review policies. In particular you will not:

• post or ask anyone to post fake reviews, or reviews about experiences that did not happen;
• offer discounts, gifts or payment in exchange for reviews;
• pressure customers or prevent unhappy customers from leaving a public review.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance in Indian Rupees through PhonePe for the period you choose (monthly or yearly). Plans do not renew automatically. When a plan ends, your QR pages pause until you renew. Prices may change, but never during a period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Free trial

Accounts created with a code from our sales team get a short free trial. Other accounts start without a plan, and their QR pages go live once a plan is paid. We may change or end the trial offer at any time.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service running at all times but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for changes Google makes to its review pages or policies.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, ratings or indirect losses.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in our registered city have jurisdiction.
