Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to payments made to CreaNext for CreaNext Grow plans.

Try before you pay

You can create an account, set up your business and see your QR page before paying. Clients who sign up through our sales team also get a short free trial.

Cancellation

Plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. If you don't renew, your plan simply ends on its expiry date and your QR pages pause.

Refunds

First purchase: if you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first paid plan and we will refund it in full.
Failed or duplicate payments: if money was debited but your plan was not activated, or you were charged twice, we refund the extra amount in full.
Other renewals and partly used periods are not refundable.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through PhonePe within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
