Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information CreaNext collects through CreaNext Grow and how we use it.

Information from business owners

• Account details: name, email, phone number and password (stored encrypted).
• Business details you enter: name, category, city, Google review link, logo and settings.
• Payment records: plan, amount, status and PhonePe order IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by PhonePe; we never see or store them.

Information from customers who scan a QR code

• The star rating and options they select, and any text they type to help write a review.
• Private feedback, and a name or phone number only if they choose to give one.
• Anonymous usage counts (scans, ratings, clicks to Google) for the business's analytics. We do not track customers across sites.

How we use information

• To run the Service, show analytics to the business, and deliver private feedback to the business owner.
• To write review drafts: the rating, selected options and typed text are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the draft. They are not used to identify the customer.
• To process payments, provide support and send important account messages.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the Service (hosting, AI provider, PhonePe for payments) or when the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account is active. Deleting a business deletes its analytics and feedback. To delete your account, email us and we will do it within 30 days.

Security

We use HTTPS, encrypted passwords and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
